Thirtieth Sense Co., Ltd. has adopted and implemented policy statements that encompass FSC™ Core Labor Requirements include:

1.承諾不使用童工
The abolition of child labor.

2.禁止強迫勞動
Elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor.

3.禁止就業和職業歧視
Elimination of discrimination with respect to employment and occupation.

4.尊重並保護員工之言論自由、集會自由結社及集體談判之權益
Upholding freedom of association, and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.
